This class uses equipment and real-life implements e.g. a tyre, to mix between bodyweight, resistance training, cardio and weights This class is time based with Four (4) complete rounds and runs for approximately Forty-Five (45) Minutes. |

| Cave Strength |
Basic fundamental strength movements using the functional training equipment. Won’t have you gasping for oxygen as much some of our other classes, but will focus on building full body functional strength to help you with the physical tasks of everyday life. Thursdays Class is mostly lower body. Sundays Class is mostly upper body. |

A class incorporating light weights focusing on a full body workout. Suitable for beginners to advanced, exercises adapted to suit all participants. |

A class incorporating a mix of light cardio exercises, light weights and body weighted exercises with a full body focus. Suitable for beginners to advanced, exercises adapted to suit all participants. |
| CaveFit |
CaveFit is very similar to CrossFit and is designed to progressively overload compound exercises to increase your strength and power. There is also a daily workout (WOD) aimed to increase your heart rate with a range of functional fitness and core exercises. |
| Functional Mechanics |
This is an instructor lead full-body moderate intensity workout (scalable to all levels). The focus of this workout is to help integrate functional lower body and upper body mechanics through a strong core (this definition includes glute muscles). The workout has high levels of education and feedback where you will learn healthy ways to move in all aspects of your life while getting a great workout that will have you feeling amazing when finished. A series of foundational movements will be regularly included and individuals will be able to progress movements with more intensity and complexity at their own rate. |

| Mat Pilates |
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a young man. Pilates Mat work originated before the creation of any Pilates equipment or “machines” used in the practice today and includes over 500 exercises that can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level, and it is even possible to practice modified Mat work in a chair. |

Reformer Pilates is a whole body workout. It's designed to improve strength and boost flexibility, balance, posture and coordination. The reformer is a bed-like machine that moves back and forward and features functionalities (i.e. springs) to increase resistance as you workout. Each guided class features a series of coordinated and science-backed movements that improve strength while focusing on correct posture combined with breath work. To access this class, you MUST have a set of grip socks/Toesox to use. You can bring your own or purchase them in the CSN supplement store. (Add-On or Casual Membership Required) |

Although challenging, you don’t need any prior experience in yoga, just the willingness to give things a shot! |

VinYin is a mix between ‘Vinyasa’ and ‘Yin’ yoga. Plainly speaking, you will be guided through a great mix of slow flows & breathe awareness, with the inclusion of some medium to fast paced Vinyasa flows. This class is very beginner friendly, and is a great mix of two different styles of yoga - perfect for those of you who want to give yoga a go and want a great stretch, but maybe haven’t tried it before or don’t consider yourself ‘flexible’ |
| Yoga - Warm Slow Flow |
Warm slow flow is the perfect class for beginners to seasoned yogi’s. You can expect to be slowly guided through a range of physical postures, while bringing awareness to your breath. You don’t need to have any prior experience for this class, it is the perfect place to start! This class is also recommended for those of you who consider yourself ‘tight’ or ‘inflexible’ as the warm and slow pace of the class really allows your body to melt into the stretch. |
