The Hammer Strength Select Leg Extension is a fundamental part of the strength training progression. All adjustments are accessible from the seated position, and the adjustable start position provides five different starting points.

Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl (IL-KLC)
The Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl was blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. It uses a kneeling position with a divergent angle between the hip and chest pads to help reduce lower-back tension.

Hammer Strength Linear Leg Press (HS-LLP)
The Plate-Loaded Linear Leg Press is designed to be easy to use and have a smooth linear leg press motion. It also employs a flip-in, flip-out mechanism to aid exercisers in use.

The Hammer Strength Select Standing Calf is a fundamental part of the strength training progression. Nine pad height positions accommodate all users, and contoured non-slip foot plates allow users’ ankles to move in a full range-of-motion.

The Plate-Loaded Seated Calf Raise is designed to train the soleus muscle motions. It also has an adjustable thigh paid restraint to accommodate various exercisers.

Matrix Versa Seated Leg Curl
Make toning and building major leg muscles more comfortable and efficient with our Versa Seated Leg Curl. It offers a full range of motion for leg extensions and hamstring curls, plus an angled seat and optimized pivot point to encourage full hamstring contraction. The comfort-enhancing thigh pad, back pad and tibia pad are all easily adjustable from a seated position.

Hammer Strength Plate Loaded V-Squat (PL-VSQ)
The Plate-Loaded V-Squat is designed to have a natural squatting motion, while reducing back and knee strain through a curved arc of motion. It also employs a standard counter balance for lower starting resistance.

Pit Shark Belt Squat
The Belt Squat Machine is a alternative piece of equipment designed to mimic a barbell back squat without loading the user’s spine. Additionally, it’s a great alternative for student-athletes, as it helps protect them from injury, especially when the weight room is crowded and supervision becomes difficult.
Once users have squatted with a belt squat, they will realise the value of having a vastly different way of completing the squat motion. The machine allows them to load a squat without having the weight across the shoulders; instead the load is down on the hips. This lessens back injuries and allows athletes to load as heavy as they want. Plus, a user can squat to failure, spotter-free, by simply unhooking from the load.

This GHD features handles in the footplate for reverse hypers and resistance band anchors for reverse hyperextensions. Some of the exercises you can perform are Glute Ham Raises, GHD Sit-ups, Hip and Back Extensions, plus a variety of exercises using the built-in resistance band anchors.
Verve Reverse Hyperextension
The Reverse Hyperextension is unmatched when it comes to increasing strength, power, speed and reaction time in the posterior chain. The reverse hyper extension trains the spinal erectors, glutes and hamstrings thoroughly.
These machines are also extremely popular for rehabilitation work on the back as the Reverse Hyper places the back into controlled traction and is believed to facilitate spinal decompression. The Reverse Hyper puts the spine into both flexion and extension offering versatile functions to rehabilitate, release tightness, and strengthen the back.
Sissy Squat Machine
The sissy squat machine is a specialist piece of equipment intended to be used to target specifically the quads. By fixing the legs into the machine and leaning backward, all load is transferred to the quads to stand back up.

Although the sissy squat is a piece of specialist equipment it can be a very nice piece to add to a gym without taking up too much floor space. It is also a great leg day accessory!

Core Machines
Core machines are beneficial for strengthening and sculpting core muscles, improving posture, balance, and overall stability. They can be used to target specific muscle groups, like the rectus abdominis and obliques, with controlled movements. Some examples of core machines include ab crunch machines, cable machines, and leg raise machines.
